I get the feeling confluence is as good as the effort you put in. For the love of God tag your pages or don't complain when nobody knows they exist.
An interesting thing I remember reading about Japan was that post war it rapidly industrialised with massive success in a very short amount of time. Something which brought great pain and poor conditions to many countries that tried to do the same.
As an anecdotal example the cost of a pint of beer in London can be 3 to 4 times as expensive as what I'm used to in the South West. For other basic necessities I agree with you however.
I'm reminded of the following which was posted to HN a while back. https://github.com/googlei18n/libphonenumber/blob/master/FAL...
Maybe 3 in a week? This is a refreshing read. I was honestly terrified that most people relish the opportunity to work.

While it doesn't benefit you in the long term and you run risk of being blames as others have said. Try contacting the government considering they seem to utilize their services. I think they're much more likely to take it seriously.

Just an idea. How about creating a social media "Brand" presence? Show off the fashion with it being unavailable. Get feedback, gauge who your audience is and put it in peoples minds. I'd love it if you could share some more information or materials on this. It's something I've been trying to comprehend and understand in my own way.
Not before plastering the faces of an innocent couple nationwide. I think they deserve reparation for this.
Not quite the same vein but I found Higashino Keigo's works really enjoyable.

But you would let the product owner do whatever he likes with the code. Does the Government serve the people or should the people serve the nation?
My old company did exactly this. We would remote log into out clients computers and beging scraping all of their linkedIn contacts and 'signing' them up to our service for them to use as recruiters. This still happens post GDPR.

I wouldn't suggest going straight behind your team's back to your boss to "Tell". That seems like a quick way to get them all to resent you. I'd try a candid discussion first before this.
I think to make the public aware of the risks an election result needs to simply be hacked in such an obvious way that it's instantly discredited.
Prosit!
Sometimes I worry that I've never once felt a desire to do this.
Nobody wants to be frank with the people above them.
What about having a variety of different possible ranking functions? With people being able to select one they prefer or defaulting to a random selection/aggregation of them? Just an idea.
What about Othello?
I really recommend Keigo. Malice is probably my favourite so far but only because I loved the TV series Shinzanmono.
Nobody forces you to stay awake the whole time or eat unhealthy. Take your own approach, the core takeaway is trying to build something start to presentation worthy.
