1) The really wealthy find loop holes.

2) It discourages saving and investment.

3) It encourages consumption and spending on frivolities.

Exactly, they are by far the less biased news outlet I read. For instance, they explicitly don't support Trump, but don't hesitate to say "Trump is right about X", or "Trump did well on Y". They also don't support the Chinese PC, but don't hesitate on giving recommendations that would help them fix their problems (knowing that the Chinese elite read The Economist)

Free market doesn't just mean low or no taxes. People will do all sort of evil things and hide behind some nice ideal.

To me associating time with money was helpful, but I wasn't thinking on it 24/7. I know that when I feel tired, the most productive thing to do is have some leisure time or simply go to sleep.

To me having a price tag on my time was helpful deciding what was worth waiting for. Trivial things like waiting for a bus or taking taxi, cooking vs take out, etc.

I guess it mostly depends on your priorities and how much money you make. People living on the day or the week maybe don't have the luxury to relax

Wouldn't you consider beating an addiction to actually being able to take one or two drinks and leaving it at there?
