Why did Google give birth to the Transformer? Because Google created an ecosystem where everything could flourish, while the old man in Switzerland lacked such an environment—what could even the smartest and greatest individual do against that?

As an organization, fostering an organically growing context is like governing a great nation with delicate care. A bottom-up (organic growth) environment is the core context for sustained innovation and development!

If we distinguish between form and content: Mathematics = form; language = content. However, mathematics is only one type of form, and subject-predicate-object grammar also belongs to form, yet grammar falls under language.

For example: "Matter determines consciousness." If we apply first-principles thinking—where does matter come from? This statement then becomes: "XXX created matter, and matter determines consciousness." At this point, our interest shifts to the first-principle subject "XXX," focusing our attention on it. Who is XXX? God?

In this thought process, we use the subject-predicate-object grammatical structure to trace back the original subject "matter" in "matter determines consciousness"—where does matter come from? Although this formal reasoning does not involve specific mathematical formulas, it indeed employs formal logic to uncover a flaw and opens the door to deeper rabbit-hole

The research direction has gone off track—it's overly fixated on proteins "chasing fireworks" (metaphorically trivial pursuits), while mitochondrial and other molecular pathways represent a far more substantial and impactful frontier. The academic world is mired in stagnation and decay, demanding external pressure to break its complacency.

Microservices is a different perspective than modules, there is a business perspective, referencing DDD; there is a data perspective; there is also an operations and maintenance perspective; there is also a technical architecture perspective

Emergence: When things interact, they often birth new, unpredictable forms. Therefore, the sum total of a system is more than its component parts. As a system evolves, its structure can transform — just like how water becomes cold water until it turns into ice.
