I recently came across internal family system model. I am testing it currently and it has huge promise. Very good book on topic from inventor Richard C. Schwartz: Internal Family Systems Therapy.

Also this is a nice podcast with therapy demonstration at the end: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f80xs3MN9mY

Hope it helps with making sense.

When you destroy/squeez fungus in the forest it takes centuries to recover[1]. In Prussia when they started with scientific forestry, productivity of the forrest dropped significantly after around 100 years[2].

Good times to come. I wonder why we look the other way, even when we have all the knowledge on our hands.

Two great books: [1]: The Hidden Life of Trees [2]: Seeing Like a State

If you check my comment you will see that I agree that its good thing for people with associated diseases that can complicate recovery:).

So age and associated diseases should be deciding factor for every person. Or are you proposing something else?:)

From ones body perspective. What is the reason to take vaccine risk if you are healthy <~50/have no disease that complicate covid recovery?

From societal perspective, why would you do it if you can transmit it in the same amount as if you are not vaccinated?

Doesn't makes sense to me, but well..

I do think that it's a good thing for people that have disease that can complicate covid recovery and older generations.

I am just pointing this out because severe seasonal flu that appears in some years has reportingly ~0.1 fatality rate. Then my explanation would be that those two are comparable. Except covid spreads faster and therefore we see more death in shorter period?

Please poke holes in my theory:) I would like to se poking holes in my theory:)
