he’s not wrong, why should i choose a less safe vehicle for my family to ride in? large heavy vehicles are safer for the occupants in a multi vehicle collision, and in order to protect yourself from large vehicles(including bigger trucks/semis) you should be in a large vehicle too. it’s suicidal to choose a smaller car because trucks make you mad

because they are on a medication that makes their body think they are pregnant already

women have sex drives too, if they arent on birth control they are more likely to engage in behavior that can get them pregnant

it’s funny how much mental gymnastics people will do to avoid this obvious answer

birth control and its consequences have been a disaster for the human race

in addition to the obvious birth rate effects, i think there are a lot of other sociological effects from everyone being on hormonal birth control that people don’t want to admit

i’ve started using the app because ordering thru the drive thru for a family of 5 is a pain in the ass

i have no data to back this up but it really feels like you get a different experience ordering from the app compared to drive thru. the order is always correct, the packaging is nicer (they have special drink bags with drink holders inside the bag for example), the food even seems better. i have a conspiracy they are making the normal experience worse to push people to the app

IMO tablets/touchscreens are specifically what’s bad

my kids watch lots of movies/tv shows on the family tv and play console games, usually they get bored after an hour or 2 and then do something creative or play with toys, they’re all excelling in school

the few times they have had access to tablets it is like crack to them, they will just not put it down

whenever i take them out shopping or to a restaurant we are the only family that doesn’t have all the kids with headphones and tablets . i’ve seen some disturbing shit, kids on a nature walk with tablets and headphones, kids watching tiktok on their phones while on the lazy river at the waterpark. somehow i am able to take 3 kids to the supermarket by myself without screens but then i see parents with 1 kid still needing to babysit them with a tablet
