Does it support email filters? I'd love to manage my gmail filters programmatically or use a configuration file to manage them so I can reuse the filters across multiple emails.

I've evaluated crossplane and one of the biggest drawbacks is not being able to properly diff your expected changes with your actual state. Basically there is no way to run a plan of your change. It's essentially a diff in a github pr, then you merge, sync with argocd, and hope your crossplane apply won't fail.

I prefer the terraform method where you are declarative, run plan and then apply. Ive worked with env0, terrafo cloud, spacelift, and atlantis. Ive worked with crossplane and argocd. So far my favorite has been to use terraform with a cicd solution.

Crossplane is too bleeding edge and will need some time for maturity. I do see crossplane or something similar once the edges have been fully polished.

Agreed. It should at least log you out of all sessions without you having to do it yourself. This is good to know if I ever want to rotate my encryption key. Knowing this, I may even log out of all sessions even if I was rotating my master key.

See the aws-ia official eks-blueprints repo. They have a ton of modules that reuse their helm-addon and irsa modules. Adding the aws-load-balancer-controller, for instance, is a single boolean.

You can do this in 1password using a shared vault with your TOTP secret to generate authenticated tokens. The vault can be shared with your entire team or company.

What benefit does this app provide over 1password?

I've been in the market for an open source authenticator that works on android and desktop with a cloud sync.

I cannot find one and so I'm stuck on using authy. I have exported all my TOTP tokens in hopes that one might turn up.

Aegis, like andOTP and others, does not appear to have a desktop client.

As a terraform SAST tool, this has competition with tfsec, tflint, and checkov. I do like how it also checks the kubernetes yaml.

It would be better if there was a ublock origin for cookies. The addon would force cookie creation of every opt out cookie and maintain this information using some kind of list, maybe an EasyList for cookies.

It's easy to add new bucket entries by adding json files. Also if I understand it correctly, their auto update feature allows many apps to be self maintained i.e. you don't have to update the json when a new version comes out.

Correction, it has been updated last for the 2017 tax year. His website says that by the end of Jan 2019 it will be updated for the 2018 tax year.

Like most engineers I'm in favor of automation. Besides the already mentioned open source software for tax filing, are there any tax filing companies that do not lobby the government or contribute money against prefilling our forms? If so I'd love to give them my business.

That's cool because the author has also updated it for the 2018 tax year. From their YouTube video it looks like it needs polishing from an aesthetic perspective but if it does the job and cuts out the middle man then it's good. I'll have to try it out this year.

A much better job would be an open source modern website that is updated by the community and supports both federal and state taxes, importing tax documents, and highly secure to ensure a strong middle finger to these overbearing companies.
