Couldn't disagree more. Failed states normally have a single department (the military, often) dictating without opposition what other departments should do. Here we see a functioning system, the President presses, the Fed disagree and push back. The President weaponizes the judicial, yes, but it'll be a long shot. Nothing here smells to a failed state.

Oh, you sound too sure... Have you considered that maybe once not obliged to work anymore you could instead adopt a more entrepreneurial attitude? Perhaps exploring your genuine interests?

I have avoided to install Everything after I have witnessed the chaos that results from its use in everyone's folder structure. People use to leave files everywhere without any organization criteria and simply rely to use Everything to find everything.

Suggesting that soldiers cannot be heroes while on duty?

It's rather common to see our cultures honor fallen soldiers and regard them as the archetypal case of heroes. Being on duty has never been considered a limitation.

This shows that humans can learn languages and get motivated by mastering them. This does not tell anything about the consistency, composability or orthogonality if SQL. Those qualities affecting the newcomers effort to learn it.

I found this idea very motivating indeed. It reminds me not to take myself very serious and just start doing things. In fact thanks to your comments I started a new daring project today that is really challenging. Who cares if I fail... Nothing will be remembered if I fail, and there's always a chance to succeed.
