Yup, that does really make sense. But apparently, when I start implementing in one approach and been through say 25% of implementation, I usually face some scenarios or hit blockers, at which point I kind of start thinking should I have been implemented in the alternate way to prevent the blocker. I spend sometime over there rethinking both the approaches. Only way, that I could think of to handle this to write down the whole approach, with pros & cons, potential roadblocks before even starting to write a single line of code to prevent this?

It turns out be more redundant work than being a valuable or a smart work.

This turns out to be a more generalized statement because we can't just limit ourselves to the technological companies but also take into consideration of different industries starting from manufacturing, construction and varied other fields. Though I agree the resistance shown may be sometimes due to worst implementations of new technologies but at most of the cases it is not the same.

Also, agility is another important factor that takes the businesses to different horizons.

Not only this view of attracting young blood comes as a discrimination in disguise but also rather it has become an industry norm to hire young talent because of the resistance shown by the experienced/senior level in terms of re-skilling and get accommodated to the new technologies. Also, for any business/startup the time taken to ship things to production is a key factor to stay ahead of competition. In this way, businesses naturally opt-out for a skilled worker rather than training a newbie. Though there should be a fair balance between both of them to attain a sustainable growth in the long run.

Yeah, the commercial usage of drones are just evolving up after a lot of R&D and a scrutinising from the regulatory bodies. Even in the case of drones, it's the products that would be damaged if anything goes bad. But in the case of flying cars, it would really be a nightmare and the cost would sky rocket for sure!
