You ask me what I think. So far deepseek has been very consistently trying to advance state of the art research in a transplant and public way by writing papers and publishing working code. They are also not at the mercy of the stock market in the same way many Americans companies are. Before anyone assumes too much, I live in Europe.

We all live in the same planet, the most reasonable way to share this is that we get an equal share. For far to long certain countries have taken up much more of their share. To such a point that our whole carbon budget has been used in a single or two generations. Now is the time for those better of to contribute their fair share in solving this mess.

Denmark also has no capital gains tax and the housing prices has also gone up like crazy over the last year.

I guess the thinking must be that if it were taxed and say you bought a house for 500k and a decade later it is worth 750k and you have to move for another job to a place where a comparable house would also be 750k$, then you can't afford the "same house" any longer because you have to pay tax on the 250k gain. The funny thing is I don't think we would see this kind of increase on the house price if it where taxed, making the point pretty mood.

Does anyone know of a country with tax on capital gains from selling a house and how the prices on houses are there?

This is actually quite decent for a first version. I can see that it has git integrated. What workflows do people use to combine git and sql?

That last part is a good summary of CRDT versus OT.

Also nice project. I think a section on conflict handling would be a good addition to your README on github. It is the first thing I look for when looking at systems in this space :)

Unless they have some really special hardware in this, I don't see how its that much different than running cyanogenmod + secure applications on top, such as textsecure.
