Money and coaching are not mutually exclusive, I don't think OP is saying that you should give up money for coaching, but you should negotiate some coaching alongside the money as well

I have simply stopped believing in depression, I do not blame this "mental illness" for my inaction. Depression is used by many (including myself a couple years back) to relieve any responsibility off oneself.
