I have been chatting with LLMs about therapy topics and found that they worked best when I loaded as much history info as possible into the chat box. I made a tool that guides the lay person through doing that:

Relationship graph - draw your relationships however you want and AI will understand

Cards - quick ways to ask and journal around therapy topiocs

Reports - will take all your info and create a deep report using various psychology/therapeutic modalities.

Chat - can chat w/all this data.

Remember the emissions to manufacture the vehicle... they're higher for EVs. Lifecycle emissions for EVs therefore aren't much lower than ICE.

This will not save the planet. We need to consume less, and walk/bike/take transit more. Fine, this may not be for you, but at least don't insist on a the rest of subsidizing you (untaxed climate externality).

This is awesome and necessary but don’t get distracted from the real low hanging fruit that is consuming less - less driving, smaller houses, vegetarianism, fewer toys.

Basically remove all cladding and upgrade it.

This is not extremely difficult nor expensive on every building. It's certainly more of a job than cutting holes in the wall on the inside and blowing in insulation. By insulating from the exterior you can address vapor issues. There are benefits: you can avoid having to patch holes (2 per stud bay... ie a lot) and repaint the inside. There's opportunity to upgrade electrical or fix any issues. Siding also has a limited lifetime. Wood siding can be reused.

With some/many buildings it is certainly too hard and expensive, but for many this is not. We shouldn't write off the whole idea because it doesn't apply to all buildings.

New homes are much better insulated. An interesting aspect of a "Green New Deal" would be to subsidize electrifying the HVAC & insulating our older buildings. It puts people to work, saves them money for the occupants, and reduces emissions.

People didn't want cars, they wanted what the gov't subsidized. Here in the US cars are subsidized and transit, biking, walking is penalized. These dials are turned differently in different countries.
