It’s utter nonsense. None of my graphic design or illustrator friends, who are highly established professionals with great talent and impressive portfolios, can find jobs for an extended period. I know many of them personally. The current job market has been extremely challenging for them, and it’s not because of COVID-19. These artists were enjoying stable jobs in the past decade.

I am not a Trump supporter and I didn't vote for him, but the fact is that Biden's BLS numbers were always manipulated to portray the former president as successful. These statistics are unreliable, in addition, the underlying premise of relying on job postings was flawed from the start which was my initial argument.

Take a look at this, the previous administration hired hundreds of thousands of gov workers to inflate the employment numbers.

Mozilla first needs to regain the trust of its users. They aren't privacy-first at all, they run a lot of telemetry on their users. Have you ever checked the number of DNS queries and IP requests that go to Firefox servers every minute? If you haven't, I have, and it is a lot. They literally ping home every minute in the name of network connectivity and other things, if you believe it. I don't mind using Mozilla products, but I just don't trust their motives and data practices.

"GPU costs continue to fall" laughable prediction. They need more powerful GPUs not less as time goes by. These companies need monster GPUs with monster clusters that need monster energies. OpenAI is a bankrupt company as of now, their valuation means nothing as long as they keep loosing money as they do now.

What is clickbait about it? There are a lot of Americans who are out of jobs and having hard time pay their bills, maybe you’re not in that situation but there are millions of people who are in that position.

Yes there are prior cases including my own user. They disabled my blue mark couple times in the past because I first changed my user name and the I also changed my user picture. In both cases X/Twitter disabled my blue for couple days. And I am nobody nor anti Elon or pro Elon.

ArsTechnica's journalism was insanely sloppy and flakey on this one. Shame on them.

Your argument is based on offering FF to be the best of the worse option. My issue is the hypocrisy they display in their wordings. Privacy and telemetry should not be used in the same paragraph.
