It really is useful.. If you add your favorite places... it will give you pretty good suggestions using the ai wrapper when you travel and it is good at giving joint recommendations for you and your friends.
The basic idea is: 1. signup up 2. add favorite places 3. ai gives suggestions based on favorites.

I recently wrote a langauge app... my approach has been.. 1. start with ear training. (minimal pairs) 2. learn some vocab (anki) 3. then use social media. tik tok specifically.

That is correct about the green colors work. Most of the maps are from wikipedia and that's how they do show contested areas in light green. I think I will change them though to another source because it is confusing.
I agree... the speculation is becoming less on the market and more on whether these companies can execute. Everyione knows it's in their long term interest to make EVs.
In the near term (1-3 years), no role in a traditional oems has incentives to make evs.
dealers make money from maintenance. evs have less maintence.
car salesmen are trained to negotiate, not educate consumers about evs.
factory workers/unions: evs require less factory workers.
many engineers have the wrong skills for evs.
executives also have the wrong skills. they are trained to negotiate with suppliers and focus on core competency. core competency changes from manufacturing engines to battery and electric drive train. innovation may require insourcing if suppliers fail.
investors want dividends and not to speculate on evs.
imho, it makes more sense for startups and tech companies to make evs.

That is awesome. I have wanted to do this for an electric mower. And maybe eventually train it to drive itself with ML. You could even start a service to cut yards and use the public records of the lots to set a boundaries for the yard.
It's not false advertising. I think there is a misconception among the public about what autopilot means. Autopilot is assistance, not replacement for human operators.

Regarding the cold war and military spending... Everyone in the 80s thought Reagan was nuts because he wanted to build "Star Wars" a system that would shoot down all the Soviet Nukes. So the Soviets wasted money trying to compete with it. So at least in some cases, it wasn't about us spending more on the military... it was about tricking them into spending more.
Smartphones... yes. tvs are also an example. I have a flat screen from 2005 and one from this year. the weight difference is hard to believe.

I have filtered a lot of politics on twitter by blocking prominent politicians and mute words.
Tesla does not have a media relations department and Chief Executive Elon Musk did not respond to attempts to seek comment.
Tesla has ongoing response to this.
Follow the right people on twitter. I would start by following different crypto projects or topics on twitter. And then people that have interesting tweets.. look at their feed and follow.

This would still make your point... that they have the capability, but wouldn't be misleading.

As someone who follows Tesla closely, it is destroying my trust in the media. This line would lead you believe that Tesla does this on a regular basis. I know that's not the case. If you click the link it's referring to an isolated incident that involves a single largely anonymous person (alec). So it makes me question the whole article.
This story is also anecdotal... does anyone know if this really even a problem? If it were, it sounds like an opportunity for a competitor to make a simple to repair harvester.
