I don't agree with you that many people prefer old and dated hotels. If you read thousands of reviews online about any hotel, the majority of people give a negative review if the hotel has old carpet or has not been well maintained.
I usually do the following to confirm when a hotel was built:
1) I search on Google Maps for "hotels" and filter based on the hotel brand.
2) I search the reviews of the hotel for words like "new" or "old" to see what others are saying.
3) I also use Google Street View and look at previous dates of the location to make sure that even if the hotel says "new" that the hotel was not refurbished from a previous hotel.
4) I search on Google for any press releases or news reports of a new hotel built in the town.

What's a good way to reach you? I was working on a privacy policy template for very simple websites and apps (that neither collect personal data nor deploy any type of tracking analytics). You can also email me at the email in my profile.
Any chance I could reach you by email? I have a similar background (but graduated four years ago from law school), and have been looking for another lawyer from a top school at a top firm to chat with. I have about 10 side projects online that I have coded that all focus on legal technology and some on natural language processing. Would be fun to chat more. I have been looking through my network for someone with similar skills. My email is in my profile.
Interesting - like a way to upload your contractor agreement and learn more about each clause or even learn more about other sample language from other contractor agreements?
That's standard boilerplate language that I put in every book. I used the same book template for this project.
In this book, the information is the most up-to-date and on point. I'm following the U.S. federal government (specifically, the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services) for updates about HIPAA.
If you form an LLC in Delaware, then you only provide the name of the LLC and the information for the Registered Agent (and the Registered Agent can be a third party).
The tech is patent pending but we used some Watson tech for some stuff on the backend.
The program is still learning new tort facts patterns. If you tried it out with a torts fact pattern that yielded results or no results, then use the thumbs up or thumbs down to train it.
Try it with some of the sample patterns I linked to in the first comment.
I graduated from law school (Cornell), and I'm also a developer.
For those that didn't attend law school, law school is virtually three years of learning how to spot legal issues from facts (that's why people say law school teaches you how to think).
So I wrote a program that can spot issues from facts.
