I can understand expecting Google to use their own code hosting, but honestly I'm not that surprised that they're using GitHub.

Google Code was a step up from SourceForge, but GitHub revolutionized the way that developers collaborate. It is therefore the place to post code if you want to involve community engagement.

It actually still works as expected.

If the time in Pakistan, for example, is 7:00am, then the time in India is 7:30am. The code just checks the hour, which would be 7 in either case.
