Yeah, the iPhone 4 is ok for basic pictures. I hate how long it takes to find the Camera app and then wait for it to load before it can actually take a picture!

Why can't the iPhone allow for a "take a snap" button? Or do we have to wait for the iPhone 5 for this?

From personal experience, iPad is a great consumption/reading device. When you have to create powerpoints/excel sheets or write code, you still end up needing a desktop computer.

An interesting concept on risk-averseness is that it also depends on how much you have to lose. That is, if you have not much to lose, you don't mind taking on more risk.
