Wonder how they will classify 'cousins' given its unfortunate prevalence in the UK

Fun idea for a book.
Excellent, thank you. This had be causing me headaches!
Passport equivalents go back to 1350BC
Just what i needed to read today, thanks.
MS?
Definitely. I mean check out some of the recent winners of the US National Debate Championships.
I do not think successive UK governments have had enough of a long term strategy to do this consciously (though I would love to find out it was a deliberate), but I think the Battersea / Nine Elms development is a fantastic way to exploit the surging demand into Western real estate.
Tens of thousands of flats have been built almost entirely funded by foreign investment. If/once the market collapses on whatever time frame, London now has significantly increased housing stock almost entirely on the back of foreign money (whilst providing income for local builders and suppliers). Already foreign owners are taking huge losses on their investment and I expect this to drop even further. If price drop to a reasonable level for your average Londoner, this will be a great win.
On a side note, that entire development is an architectural disgrace and as you note, for the time being a ghost town, parking dodgy money from abroad.
I used to work in a small hotel as a student. Most of my job was taking guests' luggage up 4 flights of extremely narrow stairs of the historic building. The only guest who ever tipped me (not common in my country) was Anthony Bourdain, who was very generous.
Buying bananas has no relevance to climate
Can you explain why? All the bananas in my UK supermarket are flown from Africa.
minimise use of cars and planes
X = 1 is not exponential growth
wearing masks
not true at least in Stockholm
Maybe it is not particularly high crime because police get 28% of the budget.
Is it fish caught in that same day like you can get in any Greek taverna in the Cyclades?
Yes
Or frozen fish brought in from half a continent away?
You can get that too.
The negative response you are getting from users is because you are completely wrong about inability to get high quality, same day picked/slaughtered/fished food in London.
edit: in regard to frozen fish, I trust that the Japanese (who regularly freeze the absolutely highest grade Tuna during transit) know what they are doing.
There's net migration into Poland
Wrong.
Poland -0.4 migrant(s)/1,000 population (2017 est.)
https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/...
That image of Poland as an unattractive place everyone wants to get away from is not really true anymore.
I agree, Poland has made huge improvements and is becoming more attractive.
Good luck with that.
Since the Brexit vote net-migration for the UK is over half a million people, your native Poland is still suffering huge negative net-migration. "Despite Brexit" the UK attracts top talent from across the EU due to well paid jobs, culture and a business friendly environment.
Look at immigrant attitude surveys across the EU to see how much they value the UK compared to many EU countries. Italy, Poland, Hungary, Austria etc are hardly trending in the direction you may desire.
whose grandfather fought for the freedoms in WWII alongside British pilots
The British have a huge amount of respect and gratitude for the Polish pilots and honour them annually.
Can't help but look at the density of regions like India and think it will brew trouble. I wonder what the correlation is between population density and violence, I imagine quite strong.
The Herdwick Shepherd is one of my favourite twitter accounts. How different our perspectives on life must be. Him outside dealing with the ups and downs of life, death and weather on a daily basis. Me, sat in an office reading a flexbox cheat sheet for the hundredth time.
Beta will be released at the end of next month. If you are interested in signing up you can do so on the page or by saying hi at distrindex (at) gmail
DistrIndex facilitates crowdsourced indexing of P2P networks. Discovery and quality of content varies widely across many torrent networks, resulting in a multitude of usually shady magnet sites or high quality but closed communities like What.CD (RIP).
Using an open-source music torrent network as an example. The user fills out a set schema (Artist, Album, Year, Version..) and submit it to the blockchain via a Smart Contract. The submission is checked by a group network participants who earn tokens in return for their service. Miners, as well as securing the blockchain run file validation functions. In this case, downloading the .flac on the external network and confirming the submitted meta-data is correct (file type, bit-rate..)
The resulting network can be accessed and browsed through a simple DApp. Accessing the DApp requires the user to hold a certain amount of Tokens in their wallet, purchase of which is redistributed to the community.
My biggest frustration is some of the questions came close to forcing some real answers, the biggest being data deletion. Zuckerberg was always extremely careful when it came to questions of account deletion. One question asked "when a user deletes their account do you erase the data", Zuckerberg visibly tripped up and referred back to "data is deleted". There is quite a bit of discussion online on whether FB simply marks the data in their database as deleted or whether it is actually removed.
Number 1 is to stop reading opinion sections altogether. Another is to get your main news from wire services like Reuters. This will keep you up to date with the main events. I tend to gravitate towards financial news services as well now, they have an incentive to present things in a factual and unbiased way.
Many people really do not want to think about these things and the potential consequences. History has shown things can break down hard and quickly when there are a multitude of seemingly small bit widespread grievances. This is likely exacerbated now by mass dissemination of information and the sheer complexity of our social and economic system. I am not saying it is likely to happen soon, but I think it is worth being aware of. No society is immune.
Fantastic project. Well done.
Thank you for the detailed response :)
It is an interesting question. If the CEO of JPMorgan said publicly "We are bankrupt" as a joke, the impact on the entire economy would (temporarily) be ginormous. I presume it is illegal for a CEO of a public company to make such statements, but I am not sure. Anyone know?
Would be interested to know if this is illegal for a CEO to state even as a joke on April Fools. Would have been funny during market open, I bet some algos would have picked up on this.
Would love to find out how you got a job programming in Iceland. What were the requirements for language, Visa, how did you find the role etc?
"Brexit for example was disproportionately supported in the press"
Not according to the most comprehensive research [0]. This is a Remain meme.
" eight endorsed Leave: the Sun, the Daily Mail, the Daily Express, the Sunday Express, the Daily Telegraph, the Sunday Telegraph, The Sunday Times, and the Spectator. Eight supported Remain: The Times, the Guardian, the Observer, the FT, the Independent, the Mail on Sunday, the Mirror, and the New Statesman. Buzzfeed, HuffPo UK, Vice UK, and the Star (Daily and Sunday) did not formally endorse either side, though the editorial perspective of the first three lent towards Remain, while the Star strongly favoured Leave."

I understand that, the question is regarding mapping the IP to an individual officer.
