It's a great idea, but I've been working in multiple enterprise excel hells and most of the places use macros, because the simple stuff just does not allow needed complexity.

Now try to visualize that...

I've worked in two big Java/.NET consulting shops. They both were OK with 60% productive work. If you performed better, you were able to get bigger bonuses. If lower, then they started to work on your productivity (tutoring etc) or fired you. I usually showed up about 50% of the time and did some work from home. Worked great for me.

I would not touch the code and copyright terms. We just add metrics and visualization layers.

Question is more about linking to the GitHub project and creating "mirrored" profiles. I personally hate when some what-ever-app would copy my public social media profile to "add some value" to it publicly without asking me, but I wouldn't mind if they take my OS code and make it easier to consume.

That's my dilemma.
