Bit confused with the difference between this versus something like an Amex pre-paid card. Why would someone use True Link over one of the existing pre-paid card options? A web interface?

It's hard even to measure the quantitative stuff now. For example, how do you perform a query like "find me 10 colleges in the west coast, that offer both a CS bachelors degree and masters, ordered by average entry SAT score"?

So this is my first stab at going through the customer development process.
I found the Ruby on Rails guides (http://guides.rubyonrails.org/) combined with the Rails API (http://api.rubyonrails.org/) to be really helpful.
I started with the Agile Web Development Book with Rails (http://www.pragprog.com/titles/rails3/agile-web-development-...), but eventually just switched to the guides, api, and google.
Off topic, but this makes me want to see a matrix view of twitter updates/profile pics.
At least Bing/MS is still trying to compete in the search game, Yahoo has pretty much given up.
