By your logic, does China/North Korea stealing data from US companies seems fair? Because we could argue that is also their job.

For me as well. But using Google DNS server or OpenDNS solves the issue.

That is right but the XScale processors were designed as network processors for layer2/3 switches. By today's standard XScale processors are very slow and outdated.
