You also have HipChat web public rooms which are awesome. But it can't replace the direct feedback you have with phone.

Can we expect an integration with HipChat/Campfire for notifications ?

Good example of resque/redis ecosystem usage. It could be great to have more info about your failover and monitoring strategies.
