White males hold a lot of power in society, so -- as a group --

What about

Muslim men commit a lot of terrorist acts, so -- as a group --

this entire line of thinking is the definition of racism and sexism. You take some tiny minority (people in power, people committing terrorist acts, etc) and extrapolate the traits of that tiny group onto some giant group based solely on some immutable trait, where the people in that giant group have nothing to do with it except that they happen to have the same immutable trait.

Very much so. Can't speak of India specifically but in my experience with adsense, some of the countries with a similar to India gdp per capita often pay out 50 to 70 _times_ less than the US rates.

I provided them with my passport and all the other documents they requested and they still banned me with no recourse, so yeah, their signup process is the worst I have ever experienced.

Assuming those hallucinations are a thing to be patched out and not the core part of a system that works by essentially sampling a probability distribution for the most likely following word.

At least it's telling you that in this case.

They also "shadowban" users, i.e. you'd try to register only for them to lock your account, make you send them your ID and such, and then still refuse to open an account for you. All because their crappy fraud detection system didn't like the IP from which you sent it or something.

I tried to register with them once and also hit one of those automated trip wires, so they made me send them my ID with a bunch of other stuff and then _refused to create an account for me_. The internet is full of stories like mine, so yeah, their abuse detection is total crap.

Wish I could actually register, as mentioned in another thread they have both faulty and yet extremely aggressive registration check where they make you send them your ID with a bunch of other things and yet will still reject you based on who knows what.

You are the only business I have ever tried to use that straight up rejected me with no explanation, and obviously it's a huge issue as in just this one thread there are multiple people saying the same thing, so there must be thousands if not tens of thousands of legitimate customers you've turned down.

I'll put it to rest the day they provide an audit. I don't understand how they could possibly keep printing tens of billions without any proof of actually holding anything, and how everyone is ok with that.

And tether breaks $52 billion, $31 billion this year. With that exponential rate of printing we'll soon see six and then prob seven figure prices of bitcoin and co
