How did that happen? Wasn't their pricing for viewer accounts from their website at $35/viewer/mth?

A brief introduction about us. We started off as an internal data dashboard for an online video streaming company, serving a specific reporting niche (not a full fledged BI tool) with use-cases different from BI vendors such as Quicksight or the other vendors.

I noticed the following characteristic about one friend who always sounded cheery.
When things go wrong (and there's often 1001 ways things go wrong, and 1 way where they go right) - We often slap ourselves and say "It could have been better if.."
However, I noticed my friend tend to think along these lines - "It could have been much worse, but that didn't happen. Somehow we got through it."
What doesn't kill you, make you stronger anyway.
I think they were referring to the "brand equity" when they are talking about the logo.

If you want to start something, and nobody is interested in your idea or you can't find anyone good enough - Just start it alone.
If you have an idea, and you know a fellow co-founder that's interested in starting up - Just start it with him and work together.
Bottom line: Instead of thinking about the non-essential stuff- Just get the first prototype up even if it might mean doing it yourself.
Any school of thoughts that places restrictions on an ideal founding team size is crap. The debate that advocates an optimum team size is no different from saying that man cannot complete a mile in under 4 minutes.
Work with what you have, not what you don't have.
