I was so lucky to be able to grow up watching quality shows like this. Thank you PBS (and BBC).

The problem wasn't the AS/400 (IBM i) it was the 5250 interface. That's throwing the baby out with the bath water.

Voip.ms is great for a simple SIP trunk but it has almost none of the programmable voice and other features of Telnyx or Twilio.

Trixie has been great except for the proprietary nvidia driver. The upgraded 550 driver has known problems with 4k @ 120hz that causes crazy flickering [1].

I tried the 580 bundle with the same problem. I had to revert to the 535 bundle.

2) do not use liquid fabric softeners. see #1. I use a fabric sheet on drying.

Have you tried vinegar in the wash and wool dryer balls? I pre-wash with vinegar and add an extra rinse cycle. It's way better than fabric sheets and the balls also speed up the drying process.

It would be interesting to see something like this that runs WASM as a universal bytecode.

I was just on a solo visit to London for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised that there is a Fawlty Towers play [1] and a dinner show! [2]

The number of expect scripts I find in production that are used to automate ssh password authentication is ridiculous.

I've been using them for a little over a year for a daily medication. The price is less than half what the local pharmacies are charging - and that's without insurance.

If you want to get licensed I found HamStudy's[1] learning method the most efficient use of my time and was able to breeze through Technician and General class. Their "Find a Session"[2] page makes it easy and inexpensive to take the test(s) remotely too.

Incandescent or LED?

A heat pump water heater seems phenomenal to me in an Austin attic. And I use the cold air generated to cool a wiring/server closet. Win/win.
