Angela Collier's video about Feynman completely changed my view of him.

I agree. The combination of one game per day, and a timer is not a great combo. Having a total time at the end would be a great way for people who want to compete on time, and for anyone else who actually wants to finish they can do that too.
I learned this knot from this video a while back -- I've used it ever since. It cinches the shorts tight, but is easy to release. It works especially well on strings that are slippery and don't hold a typical bow very well.
One drawback is that the two ends often end up different lengths, but otherwise it's a great knot!
I expected that I should drag the items on the board to the corners.
When I got old enough to finally afford those toys I discovered I couldn't hear above 16khz anymore.

Thanks for the perspective!
Yeah. I'm currently on an Mac Mini m2 Pro with 32GB or ram, and I was so curious how much more I could get out of the Apple ecosystem. Thanks for your perspective.
Thanks for the link. I'll take a look.
Excellent. Thanks for the info!
Well, you can safely assume that everything in Librivox was used to train the AI. So, "benefit" or "detriment"... you make the call.

Very helpful that it doesn't tell you which ones you got wrong. /s
Perhaps a local idiom to my area, not sure. It means getting into someones "business", in the same sense as "mind your own business". If you're getting up into my chicken, then you're sticking your nose into my business.
Hypothesis: Elon created Grok to get up in Altman's chicken, so turnabout is fair-play.
The fact that it only drove a few inches, at virtually standstill speed is somehow more impressive. From the title I expected some 100mph momentarily upside down barrel roll type scenario.
Vibe Copy-and-Pasting?
kinda fun, but with issues. In a timed game, what kind of error is "That was a bit to quick". How quick is "too quick".
Also, total bummer that if you make the same guess twice it counts as two guesses, rather than saying "Already guessed".
Um. Yeah... No.
Thank you!
What are you using to manage artist and album artist tags for your jellyfin server? I've been trying with Picard and both artist and album artist are a mess for me in jellyfin. I'm probably doing something wrong.
I tried this yesterday, asking it to create a simple daily reminder task, which it happily did. Then when the time came and went I simply got a chat that the task failed, with no explanation of why or how it failed. When I asked it why, it hallucinated that I had too many tasks. (I only had the one) So, now I don't know why it failed or how to fix it. Which leads to two related observations:
1) I find it interesting that the LLM rarely seems trained to understand it's own features, or about your account, or how the LLM works. Seems strange that it has no idea about it's own support.
2) Which leads me to the Open AI support docs[0]. It seems pretty telling to me that they use old-school search and not an LLM for its own help docs, right?

What you're describing sounds an awful lot like a barebones obsidian vault.(https://obsdian.md)
I'm not familiar with the OP's notion of a "zettlegarden" but I get the impression that they want something a bit more than just markdown files. Perhaps the idea is to increase the notion of connection between captured notes, whether intentional created, or "serendipitous".
Because "kilos" already had a meaning outside of computer file size, but "megs" did not. So we understand "megs" to be megabytes, but "kilos" is usually a measure of weight. So there was a different shorthand for "kilobytes".
Now, maybe I'm the minority here, but I've not heard many people use the shorthand "K's" for kilobytes, but I have heard "kb's" as a shorthand, and "kb" would be pluralized in the same way as "megs". "Forty kb's" is definitely something I've heard before.
Similarly, we would not say "The file is forty Ms", which would be parallel to forty "K's".

What does this marketing even mean? What makes it a "safe space"? Is it anonymous? Is it private? Does anyone get to actually hear the podcast? How are you "safe" if you air your unedited thoughts? Long on promise, short on information. Pass.
And, the privacy policy seems to be stolen/ copied from thedrive.ai.
Akas is a micro podcasting app that allows you to capture your raw, unedited, personal thoughts. It's a safe space to voice your inner thoughts—small victories, daily reflections, or unfiltered musings that don't fit elsewhere. Here, your thoughts don't have to be complete or polished. Share them as they are, privately or publicly. Give your voice to what matters, even if it is raw and unrefined.

What was said:“As CEO, I take full responsibility for this decision and the circumstances that led to it..."
And what was unsaid: ...but I shall suffer no consequences, and I'll upend your life instead. So, I'm good, right?
What even means "I take full responsibility" in this case, if there are seemingly no consequences.
