Now we are at 421 ppm. Still far away from 4000 ppm.

We are now at 413. Life thrived even at 4000 ppm so there is no need to remove it.
Plants need at least 150 ppm to survive. So, you want us to reduce CO2 and brings us closer to that dangerous level? If plants die, we will too. You know that, right?
