Try disabling https-everywhere for joyent.com. Worked for me!

All I know is I get a time-out when connecting to joyent with https-everywhere running, and a normal webpage when it's disabled!

Apparently they're having some SSL issues, try disabling "https everywhere" or any other similar browser addons I presume you're running!

It was called OLark if my memory hasn't failed me. As someone who has forgone any TV's in place of a pretty heavy duty projector in my living room, I can say with some certainty that 15 lumens will barely be visible even in a pitch black room! My full-size/spec projector puts out about 2500 lumens and is still hard to see with the curtains open in the day time!

I view this in the same way I view "fun-size" candy bars...an interesting novelty for kids, completely impractical for most everyone else!

Cheap != Quality

Within minutes of any major ISP implementing a "block" a few thousand people will post on facebook/twitter/blogs and websites links to the plethora of proxies/TOR tunnels/Open DNS settings and VPN's that will instantly negate any ISP level "block" (sarcastic quotes intentional).

This will cost british ISP's hundreds of thousands or millions of pounds to implement and manage, and will at best only delay any would-be knock-off-nigel 30 seconds or so while he learns about proxies et. al. and configures a browser.

I don't currently use balsamiq, but after seeing this apology and reading their attitude to customer service, I will definitely be finding out more about them!
