That may very well be the case. Companies tend to put all sorts of things into contracts that courts would never enforce. It pays because people believe the contract is valid and abide by it.

Question is, according to whom. For example, Uber got hit with a pretty big fine in Italy because in the view of the court, the people working for Uber should be viewed as employees.
The guardian is constantly negative. It's like their job is to attack and discredit people and institutions they don't like. Often based on insinuations or flimsy or no evidence.

If we just want them to change color we can do that a whole lot faster than 10 minutes. But you wouldn't like the taste. :)
There is no such "proper" cookware. This isn't rocket science.
These reactions take a certain amount of time that you can't change a whole lot because you need to stay within certain parameters, like thickness and heat.
The "layer of deceit" is that they claim you can do something in a particular way within a certain time frame and that this is not actually possible. And cook books aren't written by editors.
1. I've seen lots of recipes that mention if describe caramelization and not one has mentioned baking soda so it's besides the point.
2. None of them will ever list baking soda because it will affect the taste in a horrible way.
And similarly peace isn't possible while the wall is there. Although the reason it was built was because there wasn't peace. And so on about a thousand years back.

Most companies struggle to build well understood products like apps and web sites. The leadership of most organizations is unable to organize the relevant work because they don't know anything about such products. If a company struggles to build an app, a product like an EV is a major undertaking.

Can anyone explain how Tesla can be valued so high?
They're valued twice as high as Toyota at around 1/12 the profits of Toyota. P/E is almost 600 so they'd have to overtake Toyota's profits by a significant margin to justify their valuation.
So far this looks like pure hype.
However... they are way ahead in terms of technology in a number of areas and I guess they could also make money from things like their super charger network and batteries?
So maybe they're better positioned for the future / more diversified than Toyota and therefore have greater potential?

Sorry I don't recall. I don't think I ever knew actually. It was just something I came across.
Can't say that I blame anyone. If it wasn't profitable there isn't much to do. Perhaps communication could have been better? Don't know.

1. More and more people are getting degrees, making them less of a differentiator.
2. Knowledge is more and more readily available and is not limited to degree holders.
