What could be interesting is if you could compare your attempts to the avatar climbing and receiving feedback afterwards. This would effectively be a step up from simply recording your send attempts.

When I make a request, Meta begins to answer it (I can see the answer appear) and almost immediately, a negative response shows up indicating they’re working on it (ex: I ask if it’s capable of working in French, Meta indicates that it can, the message disappears and is replaced by “I don’t understand French yet, but I’m working on it. I will send you a message when we can talk in French”). What gives?
What do you eat with your sukang sawsawan?
Any recommendations for low alc beers?
Hey bud! Similar boat; ~38 year olds, totally dead end job working in spec. ed. for the past 4 years, living on a dead end salary, in a dead end relationship. Barely can motivate myself to do anything with the kids in the classroom… man, I even wasted like, 9 years substitute teaching. been like this since 2009 when I graduated with my b.Ed. Totally messed up my undergrad in math. Can’t focus, procrastinate, etc.
When you wrote “Every night I promise myself to do/be better tomorrow and somehow get myself to sleep”, I almost cried. Same here bud. I keep looking to therapy but somehow I’ve never pulled the trigger… I’ve tried it in the past, got on some meds, only ended up with a case of ED and just feeling numb. Meds have sucked a lot.
Hopefully someone in the replies has some ideas. I like reading comments on HN. Always seems like people have insightful things to say even though I don’t understand half the things being said.
Anyway, I hope you find your solution. Sending you loving vibes as best I can.
I’m not sure if they’re missing. Zhu Su reinstated his Twitter account and tweeted 6 hours ago

How does the gold market work?
Sleep performance anxiety is a real thing. I’ve had to deal with similar issues. I try not to put too much weight when reading these studies (because they are anxiety inducing) and stick to a healthy bedtime wind-down routine as best as I can.
I mean, would investing in FB, Shopify, Tesla, etc IPOs been a dumb investment?
The pop-up is impossible to close. I’m on an iPhone SE running latest iOS. Super annoying.
Isn’t Vine a better comparison to TikTok, instead of Snap?
Not likely seeing as this program is basically training you to become a dev.
I know this won't add to the conversation, but your comment made my day. I got a good laugh out of this. Thanks!
1. Meet someone you're interested in via an online medium (tinder, bumble, POF, OKC, etc.) OR irl through social activities.
2. Go on a date. Follow KISS principle: evening time, grab a drink, socialize. Use FORD principle to create conversation. Test the waters with various topics of interests, talk about stuff that you find passionate (people usually gravitate to you if you speak passionately about something)
3. ??? Seriously, choose your own adventure.
4. You're dating. Second date, choose an activity or something else not drinking related (unless you bond over drinking... maybe that's your thing, no judgement).
I've found there are interesting exceptions out there:
* Pringles are the worst kind of Pringles. In fact, No Name makes better Pringle type chips
* Glossettes are also not as good as the Walmart brand glossette equivalent.
I've been compiling a list with friends of such examples where the brand name product is objectively not as good as some knock off.
You might have slightly misconstrued the parent comment.
To rework your idea: there's a spectrum for the quality of kisses. Some people figured out a way to convince you that their kisses are better than they actually are. Others are likely better, but they don't know how to market themselves, and thus don't get kissed as much.
I'm definitely out of the loop here; 1-1-1 thing?
Have you found any (crazy / funny) outliers?
Solution to filling up those jobs: pay a lot more than 50k.
Your site on mobile has a few issues:
1) the typing thing you're doing continuously shifts the page when I'm scrolling through, regardless how far past I am from it. Really annoying.
2) The fonts don't seem to scale well to smaller screens (weird word wrapping)
I'm on an iPhone 5s.
What's your stance on forex markets then?
I might be wrong, but no one other than banks (if that) can use ripple.
I'm not clear on stellar.
Being hacked every which way
Do you want to clarify this? If you meant what I think you meant, you're incorrect.
Tinfoil hat off!
Shouldn't an exchange be able to handle volume? Seems like a basic requirement.
Regardless, I still believe that with the introduction of shorts, were going to see bigger swings.
You can't transfer gold at will across the world. Although BTC is claimed to be a "store of value", it can also be transferred around fairly easily (with very little friction). It can also be exchanged for many different currencies.
How much money needed to come into the bitcoin market for it bump from 15k to 19k? Where is this money coming from??
All of this is anecdotal:
These past couple of days, whenever a coin soars a ridiculous amount, on any given exchange, that exchange seems to mysteriously go down. For example: Binance and Bitfinex were down for "maintenance" (or just plain down), while IOTA was experiencing a surge in price (from ~1.10 to 6$). Similarly this happens with Bitcoin today (it seems Quadriga had some issues and Coinbase; not sure about others).
Something is up, and it's weird.
My conspiracy theory: big money institutions are testing pump and dumps for when short contracts come into play. On the one hand, the cryptocurrency world wants to remain as unregulated as possible; on the other, a lot of individuals are going to get reamed by big whales.
Yes, agreed. But what I'm saying is that, I don't believe the average teenager uses social media in a "healthy" nor "educational" type of way.
As this is n = 1, take this with a grain of salt, but as a high school teacher I can tell you that's definitely not what teenagers are doing with their phones the majority of the time. Your view is very optimistic; for the most part, kids are sending each other snaps and checking IG for high school drama, fashion, make up, gossip, memes, and those fitness inspo pics. That last observation comes from the fact that apart from teaching math, I occasionally teach a fitness class and get kids showing me these ridiculously fit (usually not natural) people pics on IG. They also really like YouTube.
“All it would take would be one terrorist incident in the U.S. funded by bitcoin for the U.S. regulator to much more seriously step in and take action, he said. “That’s a risk, an unquantifiable risk, bitcoin has that another currency doesn’t."
You can't make this up... or maybe I'm not understanding something. So, what's currently funding terrorist attacks?
Isn't that main goal of Chain Link?
