+1 for SoftLayer for unmanaged dedicated servers. We've been using them for all of our dedicated servers since April 2007.

+1 for Authorize.net. We've been using them for a few years and have been very happy with them.

If you do enough volume, they assign you a dedicated support rep.

You've probably seen cheesy late night informercials for it on TV, but it really is a GREAT way to build muscle and lose weight if you dedicate yourself to it and have the willpower to push yourself to the limit.

In my experience, http://www.google.com/adplanner has been far more accurate than Alexa, Compete, and Quantcast.

We also use SendGrid and have been very happy with it.

I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine.

In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now.

After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub.

Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older.

Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Our company is in a similar situation. We're currently looking into http://www.port25.com/ (a software solution for $x,xxx) and http://www.strongmail.com/ (a hardware/software solution for $xx,xxx).

Our company was actually just looking into licensing eSupport and we thought it looked pretty good.
