You can do following things- If you can improve the solution by X factor, do it.

If your solution is same as there's then price it down by Y dollar than your competition.

If competitor takes N seconds to provide solution, see if you can provide in less than N seconds.

If onboarding to competitor product is difficult, you can make your product onboarding simplistic and write better documentation then there's.

By reminding myself why I started it.

Talking to my close friends helps me retrospect what made me loose motivation in what I started.

Sometimes just by pulling out all my will power to do same non motivated task for 20mins brings back all the momentum needed to get me going.

My goals: 1. Do one Himalayan trek 2. Visit one country abroad. 3. Run 12 Half marathons, one every month. 4. Run 1 HM with timing of less than 2hrs 30mins (current best 2:45) 5. Read 25 books 6. Double my focused work from 4hrs/day to 10hrs/day 7. Keep building, irrespective of failure and keep improving and learning from it.

This is nice, bookmarked it for my next project. Loved it.

Just now my colleague was showing the flow chart in draw.io. I was impressed by it and bookmarked the site and now it's trending here

So true it happens to me many times. When I tell about the new idea or half done projects I feel less motivated to complete it.
