Heh, when I watched the Chrome Summit recap video earlier this week, when they talked about the Privacy Sandbox developments, I remember thinking to myself “This is all cool, but I don’t trust you”. xD

I didn’t say I’m not affected. I’m uninformed about most things, and I sometimes behave irrationally. I don’t see that as a problem. But it does explain why I make bad decisions. That’s all I’m saying. I guess I should have clarified that I didn’t mean my comment negatively.

Yep, Mozilla does not have VPN infrastructure money. They're happy if they have enough money to develop Firefox.

By the way, you can declare your preference for "old" in Reddit's settings. It has worked pretty well for me on desktop (not sure if old even exists on mobile).

You can't trust any of them. The real question is, who do you trust more? Google, Microsoft, Mozilla, Opera, Brave. You can't trust any of them, but you have to pick one.

There could also be a newly discovered bug or change in Safari 15 that affects AMP pages.

I can only say that if an imposter site encourages you to pay for something or download code, you will immediately know you are in the wrong place.

I don’t know why, but whenever I check my heart rate with a stopwatch, my heart beats synchronize with the watch ticks almost immediately (my normal pulse is 60 bpm). You’d think the likelihood of that happening is fairly low, but it happens almost every time.

That’s technically true, but in practice, Nightly is very stable. I’ve been using it for probably five years, and issues are seldom.

At least Nightly is the superior version of Firefox, so it’s an upgrade.

Chrome freezes and/or crashes. Note: this is even worse if the URL was opened from an intent. In that case, Chrome can end up completely bricked because upon restart it will immediately attempt to re-open the URL that crashed it. I could not recover from this without having to fully "Clear Storage".

You’re telling me Chrome does not have that feature where after a few failed attempts, the browser offers you to not open the websites from the previous session? Firefox has that.
