Big fan of the design! Different but easy to get a hand of. Having /profile also be linked on the homepage with the other main pages for ease of navigation would be nice, the profile link at the bottom feels like it clashes with the rest of the UI to my eyes.

Families abroad are unable to communicate with their family back in even major cities, not sure what kind of precedent there is here? I'm hearing no domestic cell service either.
I'm trying to research what can be used to help family members communicate with family in Afghanistan.
Right now all I can think of is waiting for them to acquire a satellite phone, or grabbing a satellite dish and getting satellite broadband from a foreign provider? If anyone has solutions or pointers I'd really appreciate it.

They mean cloud backend as in switching one's cloud backup destination from iCloud to a competitor - e.g Onedrive. Not possible on iOS.
The description adds some interesting context. Playing around with the map really shows how well Apple's GUI design has held up over the years. The Tunnels application is in the "disk" img on the desktop if you wanted to try it out yourself.
As someone unfamiliar with how these sorts of proceedings work, how are the statements in the linked filing from competitors/ other companies in the space sourced? Is it discovery done on competitors as part of the defense case, existing public statements, sourced from previous public filings, something different entirely?

This is pretty interesting, there are definitely scenerios where I can see this being useful. In terms of user moderation, is the iea that mods from either server can moderate messages coming from users irrespective of their home server? Also, I noticed a "Manage Subscription" link at the bottom but no pricing, what is your pricing model?
