Good news @Sfi81, there are some tools for this. If you want to plan ahead and do that in detail or just sketch around with freehand drawings you have the ultimate zoomable whiteboard at your service which works in every browser. Give it a try at https://ziteboard.com Let me know if you need help with it.

visual collaboration enabler at http://ziteboard.com so you can throw out your flip-charts and think more efficiently while drawing.
What do you think about this one? One of the early ones. https://ziteboard.com
https://ziteboard.com was one of the first web-apps. Whether it's a good example or not - you decide.
Highly recommended stuff.
It looks alright. I suggest you look into minicrm's work since they expand very well. What kind of customer interviews have you done in these 2 years?
Puffyrice, sure thing. It's already tested and will be published in the coming weeks. Check this unlisted video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9FHN7jxDJN8
Whatever it will end up in I hope you'll get to a common understanding of communication principles and obvious signs of tasks to be dealt with. For us (team of 9) a 'relay race' worked the best so several calls had been made between who were awake and we used a shared platform to discuss, annotate and see through the order together with the client.
Hmm, that's interesting. Could you give specifics (browser, ios x.y.z). Out of 140 tests none resulted in error on iphones. Thanks.
This looks great! Let me know if you're open for a skype to see whether there's a possibility to collaborate.
We're on it, so you'll have alternatives quite soon. What order would you suggest for login, like: email, twitter, fb, G+ ? What's the most painless login option for you?
Nicely done. I just wonder where to embed these...
I need only 2 reasons to use this instead of others. Which do you think should be those?
Sure, please check http://riport.ziteboard.com which also shows imported charts.
Man, this is gold. Kudos.
If you liked precursor, you may find http://ziteboard.com a fit as well. Although different perspectives for different use cases, both are great. Find more here as well: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=8609634
I'm happy that you like it. Data: in browser and backend. The stack is custom - based on canvas famo.us and node on the server side. Is there anything else that might be of interest to you?
Another aspect of vector drawings https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=8606502
It's in development, but these 2 demos might give a general overview what will be available in 3 weeks time. http://riport.ziteboard.com/ and http://demo.ziteboard.com/
If you want to try, just send a link to embed and let's give it a spin.
Thanks for the clarification. I guess this solution is capable of becoming such a platform, but need the insights of such visual people. I'm happy to discuss further what would provide real value. What do you see a defining pain-point?
Well, sure there is. Have you seen http://ziteboard.com ? Drop me a message and I'll show how real-time visual collaboration works - and yes, we're talking vectors.
nothing that's not needed for sure.
Thanks puffyrice. We're working on default pinch zoom and instant collaboration (multiple users at the same time) as well.
