Berberine is great but I can't sleep if I take it late in the day. I have to take it first thing in the morning, and even then it's quite powerful in its hunger-inducing effect.

I get a worsening of tinnitus from metformin, even in a 250 mg dose, but not from berberine.

It is seriously irrational to quit coffee since it is associated with a significant reduction in mortality. This has been valifated by multiple meta-analyses. Of course you don't want to drink so much that it harms your sleep.

Nothing. It already happens in nature, but at a far smaller scale. It is not a self-renewing or runaway process. The point is to distribute the correct amount of olivine to stabilize CO2 at ~200 PPM which is close to its pre-industrial level.

For one, sponsor lobbyists for renewables and invest in renewable energy plants. Do this especially where this competition from fossil fuel plants, with a clear intent to attempt to shut them down due to lack of business. Most customers will buy cheaper energy from renewables.
