Actually as a proud new owner of SuperCollider and a breadboard (and Taobao account) I'm not very far from getting a few rotary encoders myself ...

I don't understand why, if you want to use this, would you run it on RPi instead of just on your computer? Is it for realtime guarantees (ie. no OS updating in the background)?
Usually it takes less than 5 minutes to review the shell script that downloads stuff.
Do you guys remember the smalltalk toolkit posted here a while ago which their creators made specifically for help understanding new codebases?
yeah but it doesn't :)
My dumb ass read it as "all it takes is that you workout", just with the more fancy pronoun 'one'
yep lol one of the rants was how strong typing sucks and slows everything down another one about Haskell
same on Firefox macos
It's possible it worked in the past and doesn't work any more.
Me and you are but that guy over there isn't
This means even more influence to Chinese phone makers which don't bother themselves with compliance to Google's platform ideas
while i'm currently using sqlite, since it has only one write transaction at a time, if I understand correctly, opening a tx and doing outside requests while in the transaction could potentially block your whole application if the outside requests keep timing out... so you kinda need to watch out for that
you cultivated your interest in programming languages and techniques
other people use the stupidest possible javascript to launch product and really focus on product and marketing
yet other people stay as far away from computers as possible and focus on more human activities
you just do what you're drawn to naturally
Microsoft is working on it
Why do people believe humanities education would make people act ethically?
I liked it in the Jurrasic park
This seems really nice to me. Of course people are going to click it away to get their dopamine but that's just reality.
yeah but Chromium is just the web engine from KDE with a bunch of things on top :P
How much of it was because you didn't go through TCP/IP with sqlite?
Back on dial up we used browser plugin (or even separate windows app) download managers which did a lot of that
Does it also handle (let you pick) when opening a web link from another app?
I've been using nixpkgs on macos (and without brew) for 3 years now and not sure what kind of split brain problem you're talking about? I also have no idea about the problems with multiple anaconda and other python builds complain about.
while your app gets rejected when there is a button that does nothing :D
apparently that will be soon required in Malaysia. And they use a OASIS standard
You should add another use to it which is exploring live in-memory object graphs of applications. Make some adapter library to allow getting those objects from apps that want to use and then you can fly through the data being processed. For debugging, exploration and education. I'm using a basic version of this idea for debugging: https://github.com/Quiark/overlog
I was just watching with my young kids YT videos about casting metals into objects and how steel is made, sometimes modernity is great
Quantum computer is a (sort of) practical application of entanglement. At least it's useful for breaking cryptography.
As explained elsewhere, entanglement cannot be used for faster than light communication because even though change in one particle affects the other particle, without additional information observer sees only a random change.
"This alien super-computer made from entangled iron atoms clearly is not thinking because it doesn't have neurons"
you mean like this?
I think that's the usual approach for Vim mode in other editors. But this extension in particular:
This extension uses a fully embedded Neovim instance, no more half-complete Vim emulation!
in what way is foobar2000 a winamp clone
the only similarity I could see is that it plays music
