Btrfs and apfs also support copy-on-write snapshots.

Also, snapshots are NOT backups. And one definitely should not rely on snapshots along to keep their files safe.

Honestly the charts in the paper is not very convincing. The outliers are all over the place and there is hardly an association judging from naked eye.

Then shouldn't there be three classes of man to make things symmetric: the underperforming ones, the normal ones, and the overperforming ones?
