Exactly what i was wondering. RBI (Reserve Bank of india) does not allow entering PIN's on touch screen. Infact they (RBI) go to such a length that a card processing terminal should be ONLY just the terminal and the hardware should be approved by the RBI which might take months.

What made you set the free trial to "till you launch" ? Don't you think some would use it for internal docs for there own reference or am i missing something ?

agree and would also add "big players are the most important ones" like for example newrelic, these guys have all the resources, man power, tools and "the audience" which in turn helps statuspage a really LOT in getting more customers compared to a decent player who is "less well known"
