Should she switch to H4 EAD under my H1B instead of renewing her TN?

Toronto is certainly growing and certainly the most ambitious and challenging city in Canada. However it's not near the level of Bay Area or even NYC for tech. There's a small community that you can be a part of but the general feeling of energy isn't there.

Hey, don't be too hard on your self. I failed interviews from Big 4 and a lot of other startups too. There are tons of false negatives as a part of the interview process.

Just focus on yourself and your job.

My wife and I are Canadians working in California on TN visas. I'm at a small startup that doesn't sponsor H1-B but I might start my own business in the future. Should I look switching to a larger company in order to get H1-B so I have the freedom start my company?

As a Canadian who will be going to work in the US through a TN Visa. I wonder if Canadian hires are also seen as a "cheaper" alternative to hiring locally.
