So the Japanese government pointed at the written agreement and told the trump admin to get their shit together. A few days later, the tariff reductions on Japanese goods was hastily added on.
They definitely can. For my first 3 months it was obligatory to show up to the office. The office was basically a apartment room, and very small. But it got the job done.

It gets harder to read when it overlaps with the background music album covers. I can very easily see a situation where you need to scroll to an empty bit, just to be able to read what it is actually playing.
Now, imagine you have a visual impairment. It's already hard to read with mostly normal eyes. This will be impossible for anyone with bad vision, probably even worse if colorblind.
It is genuinely unreadable, and a mess visually.

It has come as a default feature with many new vehicles in the modern age.
Are you trying to say that Tesla's FSD emergency breaking and AutoPilot emergency breaking are different? It's emergency breaking. None of that should matter.
And if it does matter, we are dealing with the possibility that Tesla is selling a deliberately worse product at a lower price point, in exchange for risking the lives of drivers and passengers.
There really is no meaningful difference here, because the result SHOULD be the same, regardless of what feature was enabled or disabled.

Ok, but the iphone isn't remotely the same situation, work load, stress or risk; compared to a car.
I relatively consistently mistype on a touch screen keyboard. That's not too much of an issue.
However, me taking my eyes off the road in a car, (stationary or not) to fiddle with a touchscreen is a major risk. I personally just enjoy the fine tuning I can do with physical controls. And the best part, I don't need to look at the control to use it. With a touch screen, sight is a requirement.
The main issue I am having here, is that I can see a measurable drop in my ability to write code because of LLM usage.
I need to avoid LLM use to ensure my coding ability stays up to par.
The main thing with physical buttons, is that you don't need to look at them. You can feel for the control without taking your eyes off the road. Can't do that with a Tesla. The touch screen doesn't give you any tactile signals.
As much as I like the crash safety results of a Tesla, at the end of the day I can't help but dislike the ergonomics of Tesla's cars.
The touch screen being the major control method for many things including the act of putting the car in reverse, is just bad.
The handles being electric, instead of mechanical. (An issue with many modern electric cars actually)

I remember a number of tech channels also started to post videos on how to de-google right after that.
Except, you can't sync the iphone's passkey with non apple products. And it's still tied to your apple ID, which uses a password. This in theory, defeats part of the point. (It's definitely better than the alternative though)
For android, the passkey is clone-able iirc, but again, it's an expensive smart device.
So now I am expected to have at a minimum, two use-able smart phones, per family member. Iphone? Frankly, fuck that shit. Too expensive.
Android, I can manage it. But doing that for all family members is not financially viable.
Also I do use a password manager and an encrypted text file. (Not smart, I know. The file is basically a backup)
But I really cannot expect people like my mother to understand how to set up a passkey. Much less, how to setup multiple for the off chance one is lost. Add onto the fact that Yubikey does not support twins, and many services do not support multiple passkeys.
In terms of computer literacy, using my mother as a baseline (Age:Mid50s) the current passkey system is non-viable.

It absolutely is a Valid question. At the end of the day, the problem with passkeys Is that they are explicitly negatives for common people.
Have a broken phone camera? Cannot scan qr codes.
Lost the phone? Cannot log into vital modern day accounts like email.
Your house burned down, and the passkey device with it? Say goodbye to literally everything.
Homeless (temporary or otherwise) persons, random local government sweep just trashes everything you own. Bye bye to the passkey again.
