I think it’s adoption, 80% of Ai product features are not adopted by users, Do you think feature adoption is a problem for Ai startups?

I recently read that 80% of features don’t get adopted, do you find this true? And why?

Impact, my solution is impact based search, we turn job descriptions to outcomes and match recruiters with Pre vetted, interview ready, high impact candidates that can deliver those outcomes

it's not their core business obviously, It would be complex, expensive and a distraction to their business.
