Perhaps the Giant Redwood is an ideal tree to re-introduce as we are told that our climate is beginning to return to these types of conditions.

(And there's no judgement in that, if you make a living selling fridge freezers it doesn't mean you have to care much about fridge freezers)
Sowing wildflowers is becoming more popular here in Ireland. You can buy wildflower mixes or seed bombs but the expert view is to just stop mowing, there are enough dormant seeds in the soil. And those that are present are generally more suitable to the local environment than anything you'd introduce.

Bingo, right now, I use Kapwing for basic video editing, very easy to do the basics and the results are good enough for what I need.
No way I'd spend the time to come up to speed with Adobe to do the same things.

Granted this is trickier if you don't have an easy way to determine if your advert has converted to a result e.g. somebody who is just looking to raise brand awareness.

I'd second this, one of the friendliest country I've ever been to. No significant tourist industry yet so most people are not trying to sell you anything. I think it's a genuine wish to be friendly to travellers and especially so given they don't yet get many travellers.
You're somewhat curtailed as a US traveller (not sure if that's still the case) but for anybody else, go.
One tech curiosity from over there: one guy said he used a USB stick that contained his browser and stored his internet history on the stick when in internet cafes (his only way online). That way when the cafe was audited none of his data would be there for inspection by police/security.
In fairness it's not like the site wasn't already world famous. I'm not even American and I know of it and have been there. The city's (farcical) efforts are not making the site more famous.
You'd hope at this stage, based on various PayPal horror stories, businesses would not need this warning.

Actually the content of the article makes this comment slightly unwarranted
I don't think his/her frustration was with the article, rather with some of the HN comments on the article.
The Black Mirror system reminded me more of Uber: drivers doing the utmost to ingratiate themselves to passengers for fear of losing their livelihood through a few bad scores.

It's odd, you'd think that the sensation of dropping 500ft (152m) in 18 seconds would have alerted him, especially after take off. It's hard to visualise what that would feel like.
