disagree. you don’t care if your task was solved by 130 iq or 160iq model.
what matters is that it surpassed let’s say basic 120iq barrier and price
that’s why glm5.2 is a drop in replacer for most of the population. not fable 5 really

also docker is an interesting example. bc its so hard to earn money on it being such a deep commodity you can not close source
Metaphor i like is that it will be as cheap as electricty?
Do you know who is supplying your electricity or which factory it runs on? probably no, bc its a commodity and mostly settled and there is so many energy resources. some are alternative some are coal mines. And they all fight in the supply demand trade for energy which is happening real time ( think open router here)
And eventually the consumer wins bc of the abundance.
I think greatest example of abundance of cheap infinite intelligence will be not glm5.2 but DeepSeek V4 Pro max with $0.435 per 1M input tokens and $0.87 per 1M output tokens
second this. great analysis
I would respectfully disagree on this. How i write tests right now I ask claude/codex to create an eval and it just spins up a bg LLM agent worker which verifies the tests in the sandbox/internally.
So i would say that atm in house testing is easier than external testing for us
Love the tool! where do i send feedback?
what is SOTA?
Very nice! The thing I am missing is turn detection. In real time audio we need the turn detection to understand when AI should speak. Unfortunately this makes it not a complete deepgram replacement yet!
Have just tried it. Impressive. We are definitely moving into this space
Questions what are the main differences between you and anam.ai ? They also do real time lip sync plus looks like they are cheaper. Do you optimise for price or quality? And do you focus on lipsync or full movement etc?
Context of personal computer is very interesting. My bet here would be that once you can talk to other people personal context maybe inside the organisation you can cut many meetings.
And more science fiction, if you connect all different minds together and combine all knowledge accumulated from people and allow bots to talk to each and create new pieces of information by collaboration this could lead to a distributed learning era
Counter argument would be that people are on average mid IQ and not much of the greatest work could be produced by combining mid IQ people together.
But probably throwing an experiment in some big AI lab or some big corporation could be a very interesting experiment to see an outcome of. Maybe it will learn ineficincies, or let people proactively communicate with each other.
I love it. Just bought piano to my apartment in SF and always wished simple tool like this existed. thank you!
3 points, sure
Most of Europe if full of Gemini ads, my parents use Gemini because it is free and it popped up in YouTube ad before the video
Just go outside the bubble plus take a bit older people
Add This to Gemini distribution which is being adcertised by Google in all of their products, and average Joe will pick the sneakers at the shelf near the checkout rather than healthier option in the back
Check the size and budget of Google iniatives. It’s unlimited
At this point in time I start to believe OAI is very much behind on the models race and it can't be reversed
Image model they have released is much worse than nano banana pro, ghibli moment did not happen
Their GPT 5.2 is obviously overfit on benchmarks as a consensus of many developers and friends I know. So Opus 4.5 is staying on top when it comes to coding
The weight of the ads money from google and general direction + founder sense of Brin brought the google massive giant back to life. None of my companies workflow run on OAI GPT right now. Even though we love their agent SDK, after claude agent SDK it feels like peanuts.
It would be nice to have something like a score to indicate how powerful it is, determined by the price, to see which one is kind of the best.
Neat: when clicking on the name, I would like to be redirected to Amazon. The link on the far right was hard to find. :)
-4 points, the joke worked well
I'll send this to my competition thanks!
Start to earn money guys! You can do that!
P.S. donated.
Looks super interesting
Whatever everyone thinks, YC is playing to win. And they make winners
>if you don’t make mistakes it means you are not trying hard enough. << Elon Musk
Big picture, people who never heard of PearAI or continue dev just did. I did. I tried it. It’s as good as cursor
And guess what? whatever side you are on, YC and those startups won either way. More developers heard about each one of them and more tried it.
Okey, I'll say it. It will not work because of network bottlneckes. You need to be sending gigabytes of Data.
so by definition you need (1) good internet 20mb/s+ and (2) good devices.
This thing will not go any further than cool demo on twitter. Please prove me wrong.
I can see myself using this in car while driving to work. interesting. How expensive is this btw? and will you open source?
I had an extremely negative experience creating apps in Swift.
I can't see any logical reason why people would not use Electron/Tauri.
Swift doesn't allow you to have full control of what you want to do.
I built a whole macOS [ fixkey dot ai] app in Swift, and it was a very painful development experience.
Love the key binding to select & fix the current line!
I dont have typos that often, so their 15 free fixes every month works perfectly good for me
Hey! I am the @karmedge who wrote this post on Twitter
I wonder what do you guys think about tool which will be able to automate actions on computer? Like clicking smth, automatically opening the window for me after I type in some request?
Something like hyperwriter assistant but for Mac. Very similar to open interpret but with accessibility option
I wonder what else is there in the space?

Great work!
I found it very fascinating the whole story about how Rewind backed by a16z gets suddenly hurt by a young entrepreneur. Hurt so deep they release not ready product to the market just to capture it. Whole story is about wearable devices.
