Thanks for the reminder. Donated some for defense.
If you have some constructive criticism to share, I’m all ears. Always in search for more views. Especially now where things are upside down.
A colleague had a quick presentation on Penpot[1] a few weeks back. Was a real contender I think.
Not sure I like this push on Pro.
Are RHEL derivatives more relevant now?
I use it severel times a week. Buildx, Dockerfile, etc.
Thank you for a great post. Hit the nail.
I’m now expecting to see Xbox Store on PlayStation (and vice versa), Samsung Store on my LG TV (because they have xCloud), no bad practices with a third party store, and everything positive.
Seeing that this solves all our problems, I’m looking forward to xCloud on my LG soon.
In Norway, it's required[0] for all public sectors to have IPv6. We are not there yet, but I believe the push will only increase with time.
Especially all new internal networks must be IPv6, and IPv4 is optional.

How does this compare to https://www.timescale.com/promscale
I’m looking into choosing a backend for my metrics and always open for suggestions.
If only podman, not really. Optiona are also lima and colima for a more native feel.
Seemd version 4.0 is a nice release.
Rancher Desktop[0] is one new kid on the block.
Any reason for why you want to change?
When we talk about local vaults, does that also include iCloud?
After seeing that they did not capture the logs. What is the “proper” way of storing said logs? I guess you need a remote logserver like logstash to store them. But what service does actually send the logs from the server to a central storage.
Looking into Loki, Graphite, etc. But I’m a bit at a loss where to begin.
Seems okay. Though, the controller is Windows only?
This seems more and more to be the reality we are moving towards. Been dabbling with FreeBSD lately and it just works. Also, ports are updated or new submitted quite often making it feel less out of date.
Discussed when initially announced.
I believe it’s all caps.

I currently have mine delivered for a service. Started experiencing the popping sound. There is something off with these.
Would not change them out though. I’ve also have new Comply Foam ear foam on their way.
Seems that a new thing these days is that we need to be lectured on what the content mean. And that we are incapable of understanding ourselves. When did we get so dum that some individuals/groups gets to do the explaining. What makes us sure that these actually have the right answer. IMHO, I’m not sure.
I have the problem that Mail.app gets the frontmost CPU-bound application. It for no obvious reasons too.
All in all, a bit buggy application it seems.
LPT: each year order a new card.
Been doing this for many years. If something that unexpectedly gets charged, I know right away or I just goes away. This way I have to some degree regained control.
Here are some of Linux stuff: https://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=article&item=amd-linu...
One thing I always check when using a new install.
Someone with a beter insight: does that mean that I somehow is worse or better off? From where I stand, I hear/read a lot of criticism, but I’ve yet to see that Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, e.g., is going into my account and then steal my money which results me being in a worse position.
I am of the opinion that if we everyday feel resentment towards those who have more, that we are in itself creating a lesser condition for ourself. Whether that be mental illness, hate, or worse.
Your thoughts?
The project have a turbulent history IMO.
Been using it for years, but did not know of the recent episode. Leaves you wondering..
For someone who are knowledgeable about using wood for large buildings: how does it stack against the weather?
I live a few miles from the largest in Norway[1], and if I recall, it's all exposed. Perhaps some protection is added as of late. However, I also know that using oil-based paint on the cladding increases the risk for rot if water gets trapped inside. How do you need protect exposed wood for centuries to come..
I usually (maybe I should not) use this source[1] for my choosing.
