It's worth saying that ES can work as a vector store itself, so it's very easy to handle a couple different kinds of searches this way.

Another pro-tip in this vein is `object.methods` to see a list of the methods to which the object you're messing with will respond. I use this all of the time when I'm diving into something trying to figure out what's going on.

How?

I don't have links or anything handy, so take this with a bit of a grain of salt, but I _have_ seen things that confirm my anecdata that sugar free drinks are pretty horrible for your gut microbiome. I do still prefer them to their calorie-dense versions when I have one, but I think it's worth being very cautious about drinking tons of the stuff and assuming it's at all "better".

I can for sure confirm that this happens! It comes from good intentions, of course.

The main idea for me was to just reduce the barrier to entry so that writing more was too easy to avoid. I already use Notion for taking notes throughout the day, so transitioning to also jotting down blog thoughts has been very easy and has increased the amount of writing that I do.

A few years back I built a tool that pulled your data from MyFitnessPal and calculated a running TDEE for you, so that it was easy to adjust week to week. It was very useful to me and I managed to get somewhere in the range of 100 active users before I ended up moving on to other projects.

I can second using Vimwiki! I have mine set up to automatically sync with Gitlab every so often too, so it’s automatically backed up.

Completely agree. A good IPA can be great, but I feel like they've become almost synonymous with craft beer in general. I've heard people order "the hoppiest beer you've got" because it's gotten to the point where hops == good_beer and it just rubs me the wrong way.
