was that it detects headless browsers

Apparently this just simulates clicking on the checkmark

Not just that. It also spoofs a bunch of browser stuff.

A standard headless browser will probably get flagged.

That's a long way of saying nothing makes us stand out from our competitors.

Especially since you're not even a registrar. You're just a middleman, like Njalla... Therefore, for every domain we register with you, you are the owner, not us.

We register and manage domain names on your behalf through Dynadot

That's stuff I want to know if I'm subscribing and uploading all my pics to their servers. I want to know if they'll be around, and my stuff is safe.

How do those numbers tell you that, though? Profit would be a better indicator of how likely they are to still be around tomorrow, in my opinion at least.

tried a few disposable free residential proxies

Where are you finding free residential proxies?

Tried my CGNAT home connection - flagged. My phone connection - also flagged.

Why does that mean they're doing a bad job? Since both are CGNAT, you're sharing the IP with lots of other people, and it's not unlikely that one of your network neighbors is infected.

Signal is funded by 2 rich American entrepreneurs who made their fortune when their services were acquired by Twitter (TextSecure / RedPhone) and Meta (WhatsApp), respectively. Whether it is indeed altruism behind this, you'll have to judge for yourself ...

To be fair, Telegram is funded by billionaire Pavel Durov, co-founder of VK, the most popular social network in Russia and one of the most visited websites in the world.

I'm in groups/channels about stuff like memes, news, hosting providers, software/OSS, or niche/hobby topics, and some of those groups are massive (100k+). I don't think any of those are sketchy or adult.

The idea is simple: when PagerDuty wakes you up, many incidents boil down to executing the same sequence of SSH commands or operational steps. Instead of opening a laptop, you can execute a predefined runbook directly from your phone.

Why don't you automate those steps completely then? Then you don't have to click anything, need this app, or even wake up :/

No, I wouldn't want any of that. It's too personal. Especially wouldn't want it fed to some AI thing that I don't personally control.

My Samsung watch has something to measure stress, but it does it automatically and seems to think I'm stressed all the time (but maybe it's right lol)

I don't trust either one.

And as a consumer, I especially hate PayPal because they always try to screw me with their currency conversion rates by hiding the toggle button (and it happens that I sometimes forget to toggle over to my bank's currency conversion)

And only once have I ever won a payment dispute there (and that was as a merchant, not a buyer... lol)
