In my school there was a strong emphasis on what a healthy diet is baked into the curriculum. Along with my family's relatively healthy cooking, that set me up for cooking and eating well on my own through college and life after that. I would edge away from takes related to "it just wouldn't work"

The DNA damage that the parent was talking about would lead to cancerous cells which your immune system cannot handle, which is different from the ones that your immune system can handle

Agreed, but I don't think that's a good use for PE. PE is useful for comparisons between similar companies, not as an absolute yardstick

AMD is probably undervalued, but Nvidia is clearly way overvalued.

AMD trades at a price to earnings ratio of 99, NVDA trades at a PE of ~38. PE isn't everything when looking at companies, but I don't see other reasons to think AMD is undervalued

I'm not saying this is an unreasonable position, but the net present value of an investment that pays 10 euros a month for 4 years is also a couple of hundred euros. So in the end it might be a wash (or might not beat out investing in higher yield projects)
