I have the same experience, I don't dive into trending "drama" I follow people I find funny, companies/athletes/celebrities that I am interested in, etc. I prune who I follow probably about twice a year to cut back on people I maybe followed because I saw one funny thing.
If someone trolls me in a reply, I ignore them and move on. Having the last word means nothing on the internet.
The individual user is extra revenue to them. Their business is B2B. Because my company uses 1password for business I also use it for home and they get an extra $60/year from my household because I need to already use it for work.
1password works well for our team of ~20. We set up multiple vaults and give access, where required, to shared resources.
I used 1password before my company did, it works fairly seamlessly with both my personal and company accounts.
