We are doing some CRAZY things with GraphQL and data modeling. Tipe is in beta right now and we're working with exciting companies to build something they'll love.

For Backend Dev, Expert experience with a DB like Mongo or PSQL is required, and well versed in NodeJs as well. Everyone on the team is a well respected and engineer with open source projects, online courses, and conference talks. We like to understand our customers and build what is valuable while still taking advantage of what's coming.

For UX person, we prefer someone with strong researching and prototyping skills. Tipe is mostly a web product and has tons of interesting usability concerns to address. Need someone to help us dig for gold with our customers.

I'm also interested in this. The razor edge looks amazing. What the MacBook pros should've been. I don't care about using Windows as a day to day, but dev exp is key. A Unix environment is everything. Sure, you can bash on Ubuntu on Windows, but is beta and glitchy. Hackingtosh support for the razor will break all the awesome things about the razor.

Take a look at Feathers js, so much better than Sails

React is great, but it's just a lib. Angular 2 is in release candidate 4, and there are already ton of people using it. If you want a complete solution, I'd use Angular. TypeScript is awesome too. Angular comes with all the stuff you need, http, animations, routing, etc. I wouldn't cut it out just yet, seeing how it's on the horizon.

Not sure what you mean by collections, but the EventEmitter is just an alias for a Subscriber in RxJS. So it's an observable.
