how about involving actual companies to come in and let them interact with the students? For example, the marketing department of an FMCG company could ask students to prepare a marketing campaign when students take up a marketing course.

In terms of Sales, I don't only mean cold calling, or b2b selling. My startup, Grosper.com is an ecommerce company, and for us sales is those customers who come to our website. But sometimes a subject ignored, is getting them to the website itself on a small budget, and no obvious viral component.

Well, the group aspect would only be applicable at the time of rent. Once the rental transaction has been completed, each tenant is treated as an individual. The group is not recognized separately as a legal entity. This is only for the purposes of better price and terms at the time of renting

one of the issues in the Dubai is the lack of prominent bloggers. You'll find most users following prominent international blogs rather than any local ones.

Strong idea about trade resources though. We have started our own blog. We hope to get some sort of following for that.

this is actually one of the ways we considered. We called it the Tastemakers (interior designers), basically, getting people with good taste to recommend great products to put in your home, so users would be drawn to our website for the content.
